Job Details
The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role within the Data Consumer Assurance function. This role focuses on monitoring, validation, and assurance of a newly integrated data asset, ensuring alignment with Experian’s standards.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate a newly onboarded data asset.
- Develop and automate data quality checks using Alteryx.
- Create dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight, Excel or Tableau.
- Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enforce data governance standards.
- Manage the full cycle of analytics.
- Support cloud-based data pipelines and identify automation opportunities.
- Contribute to the enhancement of data management policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
- At least 3 years in a data analysis, BI, or data operations role.
- Expertise in SQL and relational databases.
- Proficient in Alteryx for designing ETL pipelines.
- Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, and Excel.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses.
- Strong understanding of data governance and metadata management.
- Experience in data anomaly detection.
- Ability to document data processes and communicate technical findings.
