Strategic Analytics team at Arch is seeking a Data Analyst. This role will help support the data analytics needs in high-profile digital projects, building smart datasets and extracting useful insights.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting data analytics needs across projects.
- Building smart datasets and extracting insights using diverse tools and languages (Snowflake, Spark, Python, R, Azure Data Factory).
- Manipulating data using SQL and/or Python.
- Automating data ingestion, transformation, and integration.
- Extracting insights based on business needs, collaborating with the modeling team.
- Creating dashboards to effectively convey analysis results, collaborating with visualization and modeling teams.
- Building tools to enhance data engineering capabilities.
- Documenting sources and technical solutions.
- Evaluating data quality and completeness.
Skills Required:
- 2+ years of data analytics experience using SQL, R, or Python.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Experience in predictive modeling and data visualization is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate to various audiences.
