We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst for virtual card spend analysis. This role involves spend analysis, campaign management, and customer interaction for virtual cards. Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing customer spend via virtual cards to assess supplier suitability for virtual card adoption.
- Analyzing spend in near real-time to facilitate "just-in-time calling" to suppliers about virtual card acceptance after invoice approval.
- Analyzing new customer-added suppliers to ensure "continuous enablement" and virtual card payment options.
- Analyzing spend both inside and outside of the platform using the Supplier Enablement Platform, Excel, SQL queries, and other tools.
- Coordinating with customers, growth managers, campaign management, supplier outreach, and acquiring partners.
- Presenting spend data to customers and assisting with virtual card spend transitions.
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow virtual card spend.
- Collaborating with acquiring partners (Boost, Billtrust, Adflex, etc.) to transition suitable spend.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years experience with virtual card supplier enablement and campaign management.
- 4-8 years experience in the U.S. commercial card ecosystem.
- Experience with spend analysis.
- Strong data analysis skills, including SQL queries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Participation in internal and external video meetings.
- Ability to work onsite at client or corporate offices, as needed.
- Prolonged periods of computer-based work.
- Physical abilities, including bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and hand-eye coordination.
- (For travel/event positions) Ability to lift 25 lbs, a valid driver's license.
