Full-Time Data Analyst/Sr. Data Analyst

FloSports seeks a Data Analyst/Sr. Data Analyst to join their Business Intelligence team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth analysis of financial and operational data.
• Build relationships with colleagues across various departments.
• Collaborate with the Content Acquisition team to forecast content value.
• Perform deep dives on sports or new markets to evaluate opportunities.
• Complete the full analytics lifecycle.
• Support data product development for demand forecasting.
• Research, recommend, and learn new analytics tools and platforms.
• Automate existing manual processes and identify improvements.
• Exemplify passion for growing sports within the industry.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 2+ years of experience in relevant fields (investment banking, strategic finance, etc.)
• Expert in SQL and proficient in Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Domo).
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to use data to solve problems.
• General understanding of FloSports' market, sports, and competition.
• Self-starter comfortable in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional written and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with large datasets.
• Strong analytical reasoning, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail.

Bonus Points:

• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience.
• Familiarity with cloud-based analytics and CRM platforms.
• Understanding of statistical model building.
• Experience developing demand forecasting models.
• Experience with Streamlit in Snowflake.
