Your Opportunity
This position will build and maintain a database with connections to numerous data sources. The Data and Platform Analyst will work with the EBSCOed Product Team to continually interpret these sources of data and transform them into meaningful and actionable data for customers and clients.
This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories).
What You’ll Do
- Build and own customer and contract dashboards in Amazon QuickSight to create amazing visuals and wow customers
- Manage and curate a complex database while building and maintaining automations and relationships
- Act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.
- Evaluate new applications and identifies systems requirements.
- Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
- Prepare communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.

About You
- 2+ years in metadata cataloging and taxonomies required.
- Degree in IT/Computer Science required.
- Experience with Amazon QuickSight and EBSCOed Talent Triad/Credential Registry is required.
