Full-Time Data Automation Specialist

As a Client Operations Licensing Analyst, you'll work directly with customers, sales, and internal teams to manage EMS Install Licensing file delivery projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess customer needs, communicate with internal teams, and close projects promptly.
• Create shipping notifications and communicate with clients upon file delivery completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers on basic file delivery questions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, draft plans, review with management, and execute departmental rollout.
• Demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Promote teamwork by assisting team members and other teams.
• Manage projects using internal job/project management tools and ensure timely client notifications.
• Prepare basic reports detailing file shipment details.
• Collaborate with other teams to understand delivery needs and implement data analytic logic (e.g., Alteryx).
• Manage time effectively to prioritize jobs/projects.
• Interpret specifications and deliver accurate results efficiently.
• Analyze tools, procedures, and systems to recommend new technology or process improvements, particularly in install client management, job tracking, and targeting billing.
• Learn and adapt to new platforms and technologies.
