Full-Time Data Consultant

We are seeking talented individuals for data-related projects (at Strategy, Business, and Operations levels).

Ideal candidate: deep understanding of data analysis, management, and visualization, strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations for business improvement.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and data requirements.
• Collaborate on data strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Design and implement data management processes (accuracy, completeness, security).
• Develop and maintain data documentation and metadata.
• Create visually appealing and insightful reports and dashboards.
• Communicate findings effectively (technical and non-technical stakeholders).
• Identify and resolve data-related issues.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve data processes and systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends and data technologies.
• Provide guidance on data tool/technology selection and implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics).
• 2+ years experience as a Data Consultant or similar.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL, other relevant tools).
• Strong understanding of data management (data cleaning, preprocessing, transformation).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, other similar tools).

Problem Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from data to support decision-making.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.

Additional Information: Mobility flexibility between Tunis and Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).
