Position Summary
The Data Consultant serves as a primary point of contact regarding data quality for assigned client accounts. Through ongoing consultation, implementation support, and issue resolution, the Data Consultant ensures clients meet their business goals using best-in-class data practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of business and build trusted advisor partnerships with clients.
- Develop documentation covering clients' data assets, processes, and best practices.
- Deliver client presentations, training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Guide clients to keep data updated and optimized.
- Conduct strategy sessions and workshops aligned with data standards and processes.
- Proactively monitor client data and systems for quality and accuracy.
- Perform ad hoc analysis, report development, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain expertise in products and features to help clients maximize value.
- Identify process improvements and technical issues, and make recommendations.
- Proactively identify data risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance data solutions and client experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-4 years of related work experience.
- Proven track record of building trusted advisory relationships.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Great verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent understanding of data management and analysis principles.
Remote working from anywhere within Germany, Netherlands or the UK.
