Full-Time Data Coordinator - REF112X

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and analyzing data to support informed decision-making across our organization.

1. Collect, clean, and maintain large datasets from various sources
2. Develop and implement data management processes and procedures
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide solutions
4. Create and maintain documentation for data processes and structures
5. Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
6. Generate regular reports and data visualizations for stakeholders
7. Assist in the development and maintenance of databases
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and data optimization
9. Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate information
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in data management or related field
• Proficiency in data management software, such as SQL and Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Basic programming skills in Python or R
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective time management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of data management principles and best practices
• Adaptability to learn new tools and technologies as required

The hourly pay rate for this position is anticipated to range between $30.00 – $40.00.
