Full-Time Data Governance Specialist (IT Audit and Controls)

What will your main deliverables be?

• Evaluation of Information Technology processes, risks, and controls in the Data Office area, considering policies, procedures, and ensuring data security.
• Support for the review of policies and procedures applicable to the Data Office area.
• Performing and reviewing gap analysis between global corporate policies and Data Office policies and processes.
• Supporting the 1L Assurance team in meeting the annual process review schedule and achieving area results.
• Proposing ideas and suggestions resulting from policy and process reviews.

What will your daily routine be like?

• Executing reviews of highly complex Information Technology processes and controls testing, contributing knowledge and skills in data security and ITGCs and COBIT.
• Evaluating the Information Technology environment, the design, and effectiveness of IT controls.
• Providing support in reviewing and/or writing policies and procedures in light of the systemic processes of the area, Serasa Experian, and global policies.
• Conducting reviews and assessments in conjunction with the second line, Compliance, Legal, Information Security, and Internal Controls.
• Interacting with managerial and operational levels of Serasa Experian.
• Supporting analysts and interns in the team.

What are we looking for in you?

• Complete higher education in technology, information security, and/or related areas.
• Experience in risk and/or technology audit.
• Previous experience in data governance (advantage).
• CISA, COBIT, and ITIL certifications are considered advantages.
• Advanced/fluent English for calls and presentations with our global areas.
• Analytical capacity and attention to detail for assertive deliveries.
• A professional with high interpersonal skills, aiming to ensure assertive and efficient communication with internal clients.
