Data Integration Specialist Opportunity

Job Summary: We seek a Data Integration Specialist to develop and maintain reporting systems. The ideal candidate will identify solutions in complex data sets, turning insights into strategic opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement decision support solutions (including data visualization, business intelligence, data collection).
• Partner with IT to design, align, and implement ETL processes and data structures.
• Create intake forms and databases using Microsoft tools (Power Apps, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy of datasets and build graphical dashboards.
• Analyze data from internal/external sources (SAP, Fireworks, BidMaster, etc.)
• Meet network readiness deadlines and budgets.
• Develop innovative approaches to complex data issues.
• Collaborate on business requirements and develop reports.
• Evaluate needs to inform OSP/ISP architecture design.
• Design, develop, and maintain reporting infrastructure (Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, Looker, QlikSense).
• Act as a technical business analyst/consultant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of data integration and management experience.
• 7+ years of telecom experience (installation, maintenance, copper/fiber services).
• 5+ years of experience as an engineer, planner, OSP designer, or network data analyst.
• Proficiency in data integration tools (Talend, Informatica) and SQL.
• Experience with Telcom Network Design systems (IQGeo, GIS, SmallWorld).
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing and ETL.
• Experience with complex datasets and big data technologies.
• Good written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership attitude.
