Full-Time Data Management Analyst

• Monitor and evaluate AWS-hosted data assets to ensure quality, consistency, and completeness across platforms.
• Develop and automate data quality checks, validation routines, and anomaly detection processes using AWS Glue, Lambda, and SQL.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Amazon QuickSight to surface key data quality metrics and operational insights.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and data profiling to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and root causes of data issues.
• Partner with data engineering, compliance, and product teams to support governance processes and assist with remediation activities.
• Document monitoring procedures, automation scripts, and validation results for audit and traceability purposes.
• Participate in optimizing data workflows and identifying opportunities for automation within AWS-based pipelines (e.g., S3, Glue Jobs, Step Functions).
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of data quality frameworks, documentation, and SLA monitoring processes.

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, data quality, or data operations.
• Proficiency with AWS services such as S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, and QuickSight.
• Solid SQL skills for querying, validation, and data profiling.
• Working knowledge of Python for automation and scripting is a plus.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data architectures.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication and documentation skills; comfortable working cross-functionally.
