Full-Time Data Management Analyst II

Experian Marketing Service's mission is to accelerate client success. We help brands connect with customers. Experian seeks a Data Management Analyst II to join the Data Management group.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage data assets, ensuring receipt, quality checks, contract compliance, and Experian security/compliance.
• Manage data purchased by Experian, ensuring compliance, performance per contract, and security/compliance.
• Examine quality reports on data integration into ConsumerView, and research discrepancies.
• Report on data extraction from ConsumerView for various Experian products.
• Ensure accurate data loading into fulfillment systems, tracking receipt by other Experian verticals.
• Review acquired data for compliance with technical specs, legal requirements, and company standards.
• Schedule/monitor automated data conversion/transmission.
• Move data among platforms as needed.
• Validate data quality loaded to various fulfillment systems.
• Ensure source data receipt according to schedule, review exceptions, and load data to ConsumerView.
• Support import/export of data files from supported platforms.
• Troubleshoot data problems, and perform Data Quality checks.
• Collaborate with data suppliers/internal partners to resolve data errors.
• Utilize Alteryx, Oracle, and MS Access to prepare/analyze data.
• Analyze data processing reports.
• Ensure proper data retention and documentation for sources/procedures.
• Assist in data problem research, fix implementation, and ongoing prevention control.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of data management experience
• Marketing Services industry experience (preferred)
• Experience working with online data assets (preferred)
• JIRA, MS Access, and Excel proficiency

Preferred Skills

• Oracle, Alteryx, Snowflake, SQL, and ETL knowledge
