Full-Time Data Management Analyst II

Support all data loading processes within the Data Management department as a team member.

Proficient understanding of all the data loading principles and best practices, develop advanced principles of data loading, and improve process and procedure efficacy.

1. Identify and implement methods to improve efficiency in data loading, reporting quality, and accuracy.
2. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets.
3. Provide input in areas that require processing enhancements.
4. Help with operational escalations.
5. Troubleshoot data loading errors and inconsistencies while following the established processes and procedures.
6. Engage with data furnishers (written and verbally), validating submitted data or completing project work.
7. Participate in daily scrum meetings to review escalations, worst cases, and blockers.
8. Escalate appropriate issues to senior team members while managing the overall issue resolution.
9. Research and assess reporting history before and during work with data furnishers.
10. Field support calls directly from data furnishers and other internal personnel.
11. Enroll and pass assigned training.
12. Participate in internal project and change acceptance testing.
13. Provide input in weekly change reviews and areas needing processing/procedural enhancements.

Qualifications

• Medium process management and project tracking skills
• Understanding of ETL
• Medium level MS Office skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
