The Data Management Documentation Analyst II (CIS Data Development) is responsible for the design and development, update, and facilitation of technical and non-technical documentation for the Experian Data Development team.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop internal processes and documentation used to support development projects and the transition to production process.
- Develop, creates and implements processes and procedures, and accompanying documentation.
- Plan, writes and edits documentation, online help screens, policies and procedures, and other standard department communications.
- Interpret system requirements documents and translate the information into end-user documentation.
- Work with Education personnel, Systems Development personnel and other subject-matter experts to create documentation and reference materials.
- Analyze assesses, and document the impact of system changes and enhancements.
- Review current documentation format and propose modifications regarding organization and presentation.
- Perform analysis of documented processes and procedures and make modifications.
Qualifications
- Data Knowledge: Strong data knowledge.
- Communication Skills: with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
- Customer Service Experience: Data processing experience in a customer service environment.
