Responsibilities
- Build and drive the product roadmap.
- Own products end-to-end: ideation, specification, technical requirements, engineering collaboration, release review, client rollout / feedback.
- Develop concise and scalable data flow diagrams, data catalogs, and data dictionaries.
- Define data architecture standards and best practices to improve data quality and interoperability.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and regulations.
- Create client-facing and technical product documentation.
- Collaborate with prospects, clients, and partners to understand needs.
- Be a thought leader, internally and externally.
- Deeply understand the Candor customer journey.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of analyst, product, or engineering experience with healthtech companies.
- Experience with data from payer, hospital, clinic systems (EHR - Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech).
- Knowledge of Payor claims processing, EDI, EHR, HIE, PBM, clinical metrics and taxonomies (HEDIS, STARS, HCC, CCS, etc).
- Deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem.
- Experience working with business and engineering teams.
- Effective meeting leadership and consensus-building.
- Experience with data and analytics tools.
- Experience with design teams.
