Full-Time Data & Reporting Analyst

Generate and deliver accurate and timely client-facing contractual reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Produce internal business reports to assist Operations in decision-making and performance tracking.

Utilize SQL, Power BI, and company source systems to extract, analyze, and visualize data.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather requirements and ensure reporting needs are met.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the reporting function.

Maintain documentation of reporting processes and procedures.

High School Diploma or GED

2 – 3 years of professional experience in a reporting or data analysis role

Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other relevant tools

Strong mathematical, analytical, and statistical aptitude; enjoys problem solving

Ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision

Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to various stakeholders

Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor to work well with teammates and business partners

High degree of integrity and ability to exercise sound judgment

Creative and strategic problem-solving skills
