What you’ll be doing
- Development: Develop processes and components for data management and reporting to support various business units’ data requirements and operations. Provide the correct information in the proper format at the right time to the right persons. Establish and enforce standards and practices with the software development team. Ensure architecture is suitable for operations and software deployment to production.
- Customer Service: Maintain a competitive edge regarding service levels and satisfy customer needs by implementing policies, procedures, and industry best practices. Create innovative products providing meaningful business solutions.
- Management support: Assist key stakeholders by performing necessary tasks and providing critical insights and communications. Ensure optimal company performance, improved sales conversations, and industry benchmarking and performance.
- Project Management & Administration: Deliver correct outputs on time with necessary documentation.
