Full-Time Data Steward

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Steward to revolutionize the print-on-demand industry. Collaborate with talented international teammates in a dynamic and casual work environment. Shape data collection, storage, and leveraging for business decisions.

Daily Tasks:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business requirements.
• Design, develop, document, and maintain efficient BI solutions using Looker, SQL, and Python.
• Analyze impact of new business requirements on the existing BI landscape.
• Build tools and processes to monitor and flag data quality gaps.
• Develop solutions enabling self-service analytics.
• Identify areas for improvement in data infrastructure, quality, and management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs.
• Provide training and support on utilizing BI tools effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technology advancements.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a Business Intelligence Developer/Data Analyst.
• 2+ years experience building and enhancing Looker applications.
• Proficient in Python and SQL coding.
• Data modeling and business logic process expertise.
• DWH design experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Collaborative, proactive, and independent work style.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling and data visualization.
