Full-Time Data Strategy & Insights Analyst

Data Strategy & Insights Analyst is a critical role directly supporting Vestcom’s Sales team and Clients to drive partnership and revenue growth.

Owns analytics and insights for client relationships. Leverages industry trends, customer insights, and data to convert data into insights and insights into action with existing and prospective clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Mines data pre-campaign to discover client opportunities and help create market demand.
• Uses historical data with client objectives to create more intelligent, iROAS-accretive campaigns.
• Owns measurement process (Test vs. Control) from setup to client delivery, ensuring statistically valid measurable events with descriptive and contextual explanations.
• Recommends optimization opportunities for future events based on historical outcomes, best practices, and market trends.
• Owns analytics and insights partnerships with sales and client support for various CPGs and Agencies.
• Performs market-level insight and trend analyses to uncover demand creation opportunities.
• Cultivates partnerships with sales to grow existing clients and win new ones.
• Designs intelligent campaigns based on client and sales objectives using best practices and market knowledge.
• Leads test and control analyses, validating offer size and scope for accurate measurement.
• Provides post-event contextual insights and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to leverage organizational insights.
• Relays client and sales perspectives to support new insight development and rollout.
• Supports the evolution of the Strategy & Insights Playbook.
