Full-Time Data Warehouse Developer - Level II

Shift Assignment: Mid Shift

Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of Reinsurance Datawarehouse Application.
• Collaborate with internal and external technology and business partners for product changes.
• Produce detail design and unit test documents.
• Critically analyze business requirements, architect, and implement Datawarehouse solutions.
• Define, develop, and maintain standards and processes for effective ETL solution.
• Production maintenance.
• Work closely with product manager to develop and execute action plans.
• Recommend innovations for competitive advantage.
• Communicate effectively with business and technical teams.

Experience:

• ETL/ELT experience working with Python, Data bricks, Snowflake, and ADF.
• Azure environment experience.
• Insurance or reinsurance industry experience – desired.
• Agile methodologies knowledge.
• Datawarehouse concepts, Data Modeling experience.
• Experience with external data feed to enrich internal data – desired.
• Experience with data conformance process.
• CICD process experience (good to have).
• Building Datawarehouse solutions to support finance close process.
• Monitoring and supporting production database and server environment.
• Understanding industry technologies and their impact.
• Enhancement management and product lifecycle development.
• Source code version control experience (Git, branching/merging, resolving conflicts).
• Experience working with 3rd party vendors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of Datawarehouse development experience using ETL/ELT technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related field.
