About the Deal Desk Team: The Deal Desk team ensures efficient and policy-aligned deal structuring, driving revenue growth and reducing financial risk.
About the Role: This role requires critical thinking, problem-solving, and Salesforce CPQ troubleshooting skills. The Deal Desk Analyst reviews SaaS contracts, interprets terms and conditions, and adapts to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work independently and collaboratively with the team and other functions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the sales team on deal structures.
- Review and approve CPQ quotes aligning with company policy, scrutinizing non-standard terms (SLAs, etc.).
- Assist in drafting commercial language and routing DocuSigns.
- Manage deal risks, approvals, and provide recommendations for non-standard terms and pricing.
- Identify potential risks and suggest mitigating strategies.
- Review and approve post-sales changes (amendments, restructures, etc.).
- Serve as CPQ expert, troubleshoot bugs, and enhance CPQ processes.
- Conduct training sessions on CPQ, best practices, and deal basics.
- Manage transaction processing on marketplace platforms (Google, Amazon).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS B2B.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ tools.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing, and revenue recognition.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation: $114,500 - $139,500 USD (total target cash compensation).
