Job Details
The shelfAdz Delivery Quality Coordinator acts as a liaison between client delivery teams, quality control, and supporting departments. This role ensures client outputs meet standards. The coordinator is the primary point of contact for quality-related delivery issues, supporting campaign execution and continuous improvement.
POSITION DUTIES:
POSITION DUTIES:
- Setting Up & Maintenance: Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of quality and delivery-related systems. Prepare files and templates. Manage inventory. Ensure compliance with SOPs and ISO 9000.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform quality control checks. Conduct trial reviews. Identify errors and coordinate resolution. Support test protocols and quality reporting.
- Observing, Recordkeeping & Evaluating: Record observations and test results. Analyze results and provide recommendations. Maintain documentation of workflows and corrective actions. Provide reporting to management.
- Collaboration & Support: Partner with teams to ensure accurate deliveries. Act as backup to delivery roles. Support troubleshooting. Participate in team reviews and projects.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures. Participate in ISO and regulatory compliance activities. Attend required training.
