Full-Time DevOps Engineer

Role: DevOps/SRE to ensure reliability, scalability and performance of marketplace infrastructure. 100% remote; Kebonjeruk, Indonesia listed as possible location.

Responsibilities:

• Design and operate highly available Kubernetes (GKE) clusters, including upgrades, capacity planning and cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain automation tools to improve engineering productivity and manage operational activities.
• Manage databases and storage (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Redis, Memcache): replication, failover and performance tuning.
• Maintain monitoring and observability stack (VictoriaMetrics, Jaeger, Grafana), build alerts, handle incident response and perform post-mortems.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Opentofu/Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD and Helm; develop modular reusable IaC.
• Build and optimize CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and ensure secure production environments (secrets, firewalls, access control).
• Analyze infrastructure utilization to ensure high availability while minimizing cost and explore AI-driven operational insights.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years in SRE/DevOps/Systems Engineering with experience in web-scale microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).
• Deep knowledge of databases, caching, messaging and search systems and strong monitoring/observability skills.
• Proficient in scripting/automation (Bash, Python or Go) and CI/CD/IaC tooling.
• Strong collaboration, user-focus, integrity and results-driven mindset.
