Full-Time DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer role at PokerStars (Flutter), via SD Solutions.

About the Role:

Enable accelerated and sustainable cloud adoption. Implement cloud strategy, governance, and best practices. Facilitate knowledge sharing about cloud activities. Support pivot from on-premises to cloud-based infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop IaC (Infrastructure as Code) Terraform estate for AWS deployments.
• Provide cloud technical leadership in complex projects.
• Foster a self-service infrastructure management model for business verticals.
• Guide and train other DevOps and operational staff.
• Develop Kubernetes infrastructure and Helm charts.
• Support development team requests.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of cloud-native operations, technologies, and infrastructure as code.
• 3+ years of experience managing IaC (Terraform/Terragrunt).
• 3+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• 3+ years of experience managing web Kubernetes deployments (Helm).
• Understanding of configuration management tools (Salt/Ansible/Chef/Puppet).
• 3+ years of Linux/Unix engineering and administration.
• Experience with advanced AWS architectures; GCP and Azure experience is a plus.
• Experience in application and infrastructure security within the cloud.
• Experience with incident handling and operational decisions.
• Software development experience.
• Experience with CI/CD automation (e.g., Jenkins).
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
