About the role: You will work with complex data and enable your colleagues to make data-based business decisions that will directly affect Redcare Pharmacy’s success.
About your tasks:
- Continuously monitor KPIs across all digital platforms (webshops, apps) and leverage server-side tracking to ensure robust data quality
- Define, implement, and refine analytics frameworks in collaboration with product teams and marketing stakeholders, managing the end-to-end tracking setup in Google Tag Manager (including server-side tagging)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop custom dashboards and reports (Econda Analytics, Looker Studio), ensuring data-driven insights are accessible and actionable
- Plan, integrate, and maintain MarTech tools, while identifying opportunities to enhance cross-device, cross-channel, and customer journey performance
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enable other departments to confidently work with complex datasets and analytics tools
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital analytics and comprehensive knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Econda), including server-side tracking
- Proficient in JavaScript for advanced tagging; SQL and/or Python skills are a plus for complex data manipulation.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with privacy regulations (cookie policies, GDPR, DSGVO) and their implications for analytics strategies
- Willing to work remotely for the most part, but meet with team colleagues in Cologne office at least once a week.
