CONTRACT NON-NEGOTIABLES
- You're available to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
- You're comfortable working between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
- You have outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You're highly detail-oriented and reliable.
- You have excellent administrative skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment.
BASE SALARY: $1,500 - $2,500 (USD) per month
YOUR ROLE You are a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with a passion for maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Everything goes through QA. You will be directly responsible for ensuring the success of our campaign launches, connecting millions of consumers to clients monthly.
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Supporting quality assurance for FinanceBuzz and All About Cookies domains
- Maintaining the process for building, setting up, and testing tracking URLs across all campaigns and platforms.
- Reconciling reporting between internal and external platforms.
- Conducting investigations and finding resolutions for discrepancies or malfunctions.
- Reviewing platform documentation and internal product setup.
- Working with the Operations team to determine next steps.
- Ensuring QA standards are met.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders.
- Analyzing ad hoc performance reports to improve efficiency.
- Monitoring revenue, conversions, impressions, and clicks.
- Monitoring offer goals.
- Ensuring QA implementation with new processes.
- Becoming a subject matter expert for all QA related processes.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 2-3 years in operations or quality assurance and expertise in digital media advertising.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of Postback URL tracking.
- Experience with Tune & Yieldspark or similar tracking tools.
- Experience with Asana or other project management tools.
- Experience with Looker or similar BI tools.
- Proven abilities to analyze performance reports to improve company efficiency.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and searching for opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work East Coast hours consistently.
