Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Hackajob.
- Design innovative sourcing strategies for high-quality candidates
- Employ search techniques on platforms like LinkedIn
- Create compelling adverts and communications highlighting role qualifiers and company benefits
- Thoroughly qualify candidates against role requirements and company culture
- Manage candidate expectations, keeping them engaged and informed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for consistent recruitment processes
- Collaborate with recruiting team members for talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis
- Participate in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies
- Use data to improve recruitment performance
- Provide market insights and build credibility with stakeholders
- Ensure all candidates, even those not selected, have positive PA Consulting experiences
About you:
- Minimum 2 years direct recruitment experience in Digital/Technology (search firm or in-house)
- Proven experience hiring talent in Software Engineering, DevOps, Data, Architecture, Cyber Security, or Design
- Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate attraction experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Diligent, motivated, target-driven, and self-starting
- Excellent communication and influencing skills for diverse stakeholders
- Strong written and oral communication
- High energy, resilience, and ability to handle competing demands
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment
- Strong partnering and teaming skills, building internal networks
