Full-Time Director Business Value Consulting

Director, Business Value Consulting role builds value-based business cases for cybersecurity investment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams (customer executives, sales, consultants, etc.)
• Excel in sales strategy, consultative discovery, and engagement execution.
• Contribute to team thought leadership and develop reusable content.
• Develop and deliver value-focused training for customers.
• Influence field sales strategies.
• Lead cross-functional engagement teams with Palo Alto Networks experts.
• Coach team members to identify C-level strategic issues and develop business cases for IT and security transformation.
• Create industry-specific and Palo Alto Networks solution-based value selling tools and initiatives.
• Support value-selling training.

Experience Requirements:

• 12+ years experience, preferably in management consulting or technology.
• Expertise in building business cases with financial analysis.
• Strong executive presence and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to foster accountability and build consensus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Experience adapting to various industries and cybersecurity challenges.
• Cyber Risk Assessment, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Sales & Strategy are desirable.
• MBA or equivalent military experience preferred.
• Palo Alto Networks Cybersecurity Apprentice and Cybersecurity Practitioner certifications.

Team:

The Business Value Consulting team engages with Fortune 1000 and public sector customers, focusing on strategic business justifications.

Compensation:

Starting base salary/commission between $270,000 - $315,000/YR (depending on qualifications, experience, and location). Includes stock units and bonus.
