About Delinea: Delinea secures identities through centralized authorization. Delinea allows applying context and intelligence throughout the identity lifecycle across cloud and traditional infrastructure, data, and SaaS applications to eliminate identity-related threats.Summary: Delinea seeks a Director Data Analytics, GTM to join the Finance team and deliver rapid insights. Success requires understanding GTM strategy, process, and execution for offerings to sales and partner channels, plus deep funnel knowledge (leads, opportunities, bookings, revenue). Strong understanding of SaaS business models, Data, and AI is needed.What You'll Do:
- Own full creation of GTM PowerBI dashboarding and analysis (full customer journey to trends and actionable solutions).
- Dive deep into large data sets, providing meaningful insights to GTM leadership and account teams.
- Own top of funnel and pipeline, identifying trends, opportunities, and insights.
- Analyze lead flow and deal flow to increase conversion rates, improve sales velocity, and drive revenue growth.
- Work cross-functionally with finance, marketing, customer success, account teams, and demand generation.
- Mentor a data analyst, partnering together for holistic insights.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, economics, or similar.
- 12+ years overall experience in go-to-market data science and analytics.
- Extensive experience in PowerBI, Salesforce, and SQL.
- Expertise in identifying root causes of technical problems and writing advanced technical requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, interacting with all levels.
- Strong business acumen, creativity, and high analytical skills.
