Full-Time Director of Data

MedTrainer is seeking a highly skilled Director of Data to oversee data management, integrity, and analysis across MedTrainer's systems, focusing on accuracy and efficiency in financial and operational data. This role requires deep understanding of enterprise systems, particularly NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM), and the ability to translate high-level direction into actionable data strategies.

The Director of Data will lead a data analyst and provide insights and recommendations to executives on data management best practices.

This is a remote position in Mexico. Only candidates currently residing in Mexico and legally authorized to work there will be considered.

Proven experience working with NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) is required.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is also required.

A strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies is needed.

Experience with billing systems, procurement tools, and related platforms is desirable.

Demonstrated leadership and experience managing data analysts or data teams is required.

Must possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, as well as strong communication and executive presentation abilities.

A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain data integrity across NetSuite (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop and implement data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.) and supporting infrastructure, including data warehousing solutions.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of customer billing data and processes in NetSuite.
• Oversee, mentor, and review the work of a Data Analyst.
• Translate high-level direction from the CFO into actionable data strategies and projects.
• Provide expert recommendations to executives on data management, system optimization, and process improvement.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze data trends to support key business decisions.
• Manage data integrations across multiple systems.
