Director of Digital Sales – Cloud, Data & Analytics Services is focused on growing CloudMoyo’s Microsoft Azure ecosystem and Cloud, Data & Analytics Business.
Manages opportunities through all phases including prospecting, qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process, discipline and expertise. Develops relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients utilizing a differentiated roadmap and framework to enable client’s enterprise modernization journey.
Responsibilities:
- Driving revenue growth across Microsoft Azure, Cloud, Data & Analytics Services.
- Hunting and directing business in specific industries (South/Central/North Central/West).
- Key domain pillars: Gen AI/Co-pilot; Azure Data Fabric/Snowflake/Databricks; Azure Migration/Cloud Native Applications/Integrations; Business Apps (CRM/Dynamics).
- Understanding key businesses and functions (Strategy, Business marketing, Product groups).
- Leading and successfully retiring offshore/global services quota with project/program sell-to roles for large or regional SIs.
- Achieving revenue attainment to quota and commitment-based accountabilities.
- Communicating company value proposition & differentiated services/solutions.
- Managing sales accountability and customer relationships.
- Developing sales strategies & plans.
- Generating and maintaining accurate account and opportunity plans.
- Identifying and strategically solving client issues.
- Navigating client organizations, identifying key decision-makers, interacting with senior & mid-management.
- Collaborating with CloudMoyo matrixed & different time-zone organizations (pre-sales, marketing, delivery) to develop sales proposals, campaigns, tools/assets.
- Nurturing client relationships and building long-term trust & value.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years selling/closing deals in top consulting/IT services firms.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Cloud enablement and migration, Data Modernization and/or Analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in large, matrixed company environments.
- C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.
- Team-oriented, proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- High energy level, decisiveness, ability to work in demanding client environments.
- Excellent written & oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Presentation, Client Relationship, Negotiation, Prospecting, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence & Motivation skills.
Compensation:
Base - $140 - $170K
Variable - $100K (Uncapped)
OTE - $240 - $270K
