Full-Time Director of Payments Risk

• Payments Fraud Risk Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive fraud risk management strategy. Monitor and enhance fraud detection and prevention mechanisms.
• Payments Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to address vulnerabilities.
• Payments Fraud Prevention System Management: Own the management of the entire anti-fraud toolset, including the fraud prevention systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to align fraud risk strategies.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor fraud risk management effectiveness.
• Incident Management: Lead fraud incident response and develop incident response plans.
• Impact Analysis: Assess the broader financial ecosystem impact of fraud risk strategies.

• Experience working in digital payments for a crypto exchange or onramp/offramp
• Experience working with modern payment fraud prevention systems.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years in risk management, particularly in digital payments and fraud prevention.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with risk management tools and data analysis software
