We’re looking for a Director of Product Management - Reporting to run a team of 6 responsible for all client analytics, including healthcare cost and quality, product ROI, and concierge and product utilization and efficiency. This role would also lead Garner’s broader data analytics guild that includes data analysts embedded across the company. This role reports to the VP of Product.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning and optimizing the way that Garner demonstrates ROI to its clients, working closely with our sales and account management teams
- Developing and improving analytical ‘modules’ to provide insight and demonstrate value to clients
- Owning the system for client goal setting and management to help shape expectations of what success with Garner looks like
- Presenting to important clients and prospects
- Hiring and managing a growing team (currently 6) of data analysts to ensure that our reports are produced on time and at high quality
- Managing the process to produce and automate reporting
- Feeding back signal to the rest of the product team around how Garner can be more impactful
Ideal candidate has:
- 8+ years of experience in analytical, data driven role with client exposure, such as consulting, product management or general management
- Preferred: Healthcare experience, educational background in an analytical field
- Track record of success and advancement in fast-paced environments
- Management and client-facing experience
- A proactive attitude and readiness to tackle any task needed to achieve company success
- Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
