We emphasize transparency and client empowerment through comprehensive services like customer journey planning, media strategy and activation, technology evaluation, and training.
What you’ll do: We seek a Director, Omnichannel Media Analytics to lead our analytics program. Define reporting frameworks, drive optimization, and develop tracking infrastructure. Create data-informed narratives addressing business opportunities/challenges. Report to the VP, Business Intelligence, and collaborate with data engineering, strategy, and cross-office peers. Elevate and optimize current reporting programs, processes, and outputs. Support clients with a data-driven approach.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Spring & Bond’s reporting and analytics program.
- Serve as liaison to VP, Business Intelligence, collaborating with data engineering, strategy team, and peers.
- Lead cross-functional projects using data modeling/analysis techniques.
- Examine, interpret, and communicate analytical results to stakeholders/client teams.
- Support omnichannel initiatives and coordinate with marketing technology.
- Develop/own analysis approaches for engagement, targeting, reporting, and ad-hoc requests.
- Develop models and synthesize recommendations for products.
- Oversee projects and provide guidance to project teams.
- Own and direct all aspects of client development and direction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years analytics/reporting experience, with pharmaceutical/digital marketing background (agency/client experience preferred).
- Expertise with Tableau and programming languages like SQL.
- Familiarity with syndicated data sources (e.g., IQVIA).
- Understanding of analytical concepts/statistical techniques (hypothesis development, testing, analysis, conclusions, recommendations).
- Working knowledge of data mining principles (predictive analytics).
