CyberArk is seeking an experienced Director of Product Marketing for IT and Developer Identity Security solutions. Leverage your privilege access management and cybersecurity expertise to position new and unique offerings in the competitive marketplace. Lead a team of subject matter experts, collaborating directly with marketing and cross-functional leadership to maintain and expand CyberArk's leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of product marketing managers (player-coach model) across IT and Developer solutions.
- Develop impactful and differentiated product positioning and messaging.
- Conduct market research (qualitative and quantitative) to gather insights.
- Lead go-to-market efforts for product launches and create sales enablement materials.
- Develop substantial sales enablement resources for sellers, sales engineers, and partners.
- Collaborate with solutions marketing and brand experience teams on demand generation, content marketing, and thought leadership.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, creating and presenting collateral for customer events, webinars, and industry events.
- Inform product strategy through cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in security, marketing, sales engineering, sales enablement, or product management (developer experience candidates welcome).
- Experience leading a team (player-coach style).
- Passion for the identity security market and innovative solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate technical features to customer needs.
- Comfort in a hybrid and matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business, marketing, or a technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering).
- Market research experience.
- Experience in product lead sales/growth.
- Digital native business background.
Compensation: $155,000 - $215,000/year, plus commissions/discretionary bonus. Base pay varies based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, financial, and others.
