Director for SASE, MSP / MSSP will lead growth strategies and Go-To-Market execution for SD-WAN and SASE offerings for Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP).
Ideal candidate has direct experience building network and security business with Tier 1 Service Providers, as a leading SD-WAN / SASE provider, and a proven track record of driving global growth.
Impact:
- Create alignment across leadership teams on GTM strategy and execution for SASE business with MSP / MSSPs.
- Define and lead the overarching offering for target MSPs, partnering with Product Management, Marketing, Pricing and Sales to optimize sales cycles.
- Create and grow new SASE offerings, including Prisma Access Browser.
- Expand MSP / MSSP routes to market by recruiting new strategic partners.
- Drive significant growth in MSP-led pipeline and provide weekly progress reports.
- Research and strategize to increase share of wallet in new logos and installed base.
- Represent product differentiation and strategy in customer conversations and EBCs.
- Drive enablement and increase knowledge of Prisma SASE portfolio with MSP’s Sales, Sales Engineering, and Managed Service teams.
- Create an environment and process for open communication and feedback.
- Run a US-specific team of Technical Sales Managers supporting different T1 and T2 partners.
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience working with MSPs, ideally in technical sales, product, or GTM roles with cybersecurity and networking expertise.
- Intimate knowledge of building profitable managed security services.
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN and SASE product landscape.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build sales playbooks and GTM strategies.
- Experience thriving in a matrixed team environment.
Team: Palo Alto Networks has significant investments in best-in-class capabilities to serve customer needs.
Compensation: $312,000 - $364,500/yr (base salary/commission).
Possible Benefits: Restricted stock units and bonus.
