Director, Site Analytics Implementation
This highly specialized and technical role considers remote candidates. Travel for business needs is required. Candidates must be currently based in CT, FL, GA, MA, NC, NJ, NY, or TX.
Reports to the Customer Experience & Analytics team.
Adobe expert leading complex analytics tagging projects from business requirements gathering through implementation and quality control.
Engage Business and Marketing peers to understand measurement and tracking needs; collaborate with Technology team on current site architecture, recommend and implement tagging, and deliver required reporting solutions.
- Work with internal business owners and stakeholders to understand business objectives and recommend measurement strategies.
- Develop clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to align all parties on project deliverables.
- Translate BRDs into technical specifications for the Technology team.
- Audit analytics objects, tags, and reporting elements to recommend fixes/enhancements for business goals.
- Update Adobe Analytics code for new/enhanced tracking and reporting capabilities (e.g., Launch code, report suite configuration, marketing channel processing rules, classifications).
- Independently create and quality-assure A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target.
- Perform all necessary testing and quality assurance.
- Create new and custom reporting.
- Maintain up-to-date technical specifications, standard operating procedures, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years relevant experience, including managing direct reports
- 5+ years current (within 2 yrs) hands-on experience in analytics implementation using Adobe products (Analytics, Launch, Workspace, Report Builder, Target, Data Warehouse)
- High-level proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including Looker and Google Ads
- Expertise leading tagging projects from inception to completion (partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders)
- Tagging implementation expertise using various technology platforms/stacks (e.g., PHP, single-page applications)
- Proficiency in debugging tools
- Strong analytical skills, building measurement plans, and evaluating measurement/attribution methodologies
- E-commerce measurement and KPI experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and manage direct reports.
Ideal candidates may also have:
- Industry experience in live entertainment, travel, or hospitality
- Digital Ad Agency experience with multiple site analytics implementation projects
- Experience using Tableau
- Web development experience and familiarity with multiple programming languages

Salary Range: $140,000 - $175,000
