As a Palo Alto Networks Domain Consultant 2, you will build influential relationships with key technical decision makers at customers to uncover new opportunities and solve customer problems.
You will be surrounded by preeminent cybersecurity experts who support your success. You will become the influential cloud native security thought leader, rallying Palo Alto Networks resources for customer success.

Your Impact:
- Be a trusted advisor to prospects and customers.
- Educate customers about industry trends and emerging security changes.
- Showcase security best practices and build technical proof of concepts, educating customers on the value proposition of Prisma Cloud.
- Be the technical voice for security and compliance in Public Cloud (AliCloud, AWS, Azure, and GCP).
- Develop relationships with technical teams in channel partners for successful deployments.
- Act as a conduit for customer feedback to Product Management, Technical Marketing, competitor intelligence, and R&D.
Travel: Approximately twice a month, including occasional travel for internal events (sales kickoff, technical summit), and cloud security/DevSecOps industry conferences.
Experience:
- Degree in CS or equivalent experience/military experience
- 3+ years technical sales or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with IaC (CloudFormation, Terraform, ARM, GCP) and CI/CD tools (IDEs, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, CircleCI)
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP security configuration (identity, networking, firewalls, encryption)
- Background in security, cloud security (preferred)
- Understanding of container and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
