Your CareerWe are seeking a seasoned Domain Consultant to join our NAM team focusing on User Identity, Zero Trust, and GlobalProtect. You will drive adoption of our Cloud Identity Engine, User-ID. Lead engagement around Zero Trust and security strategies.
Your ImpactKnow all details of your technical domain. Test solutions, use your lab to enable Solutions Consultants. Build relevant content for NAM and share with them. Be the go-to person for Solutions Consultants on your technical domain. Present to customers as an expert at all levels (technician to CIO).
Lead conversations on industry trends and emerging security changes. Advise on best architectures and designs, understand how other customers use solutions, and share best practices.
Discuss competitive offerings and position Cisco solutions as the best alternative. Lead and support customer demonstrations with Solutions Consultants. Interact locally and remotely with customers. Maintain strong relationships with Product Management to influence roadmaps and key customer projects.
Your Experience Strong knowledge of On-prem identity providers (LDAP/AD), Cloud-native identity and SSO providers (Azure AD, OKTA), SAML, PAN-OS, USER-ID, Multi-Factor Authentication, Remote Access VPN, Posture Management, and Cisco ISE (a plus). 10+ years of pre-sales experience (direct account ownership or overlay). In-depth knowledge of the Zero Trust model for security.
Proven ability to work within small creative teams and cross-functional teams. Self-motivated, strong communication (written and verbal), presentation skills (internal and external), organizational skills, and "whatever it takes" attitude.
