Full-Time Domain Consultant - Security Operations Transformation

As a Domain Consultant for SOC Transformation, you'll be an expert in our Cortex portfolio, a Next-Gen AI-powered security operations platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining technical solutions securing customer business imperatives.
• Evangelizing industry-leading solutions in Security Intelligence & Automation, XDR, Attack Surface Management, SOAR, and Incident Response.
• Collaborating with account teams to recommend and develop customer solutions.
• Presenting as a technical expert to customers at all levels.
• Assisting with RFIs/RFPs as the main technical point of contact for Cortex.
• Leading and supporting customer demonstrations.
• Scoping and leading Proof of Value (PoV) projects based on best practices.
• Driving high technical validation and PoV win rates.
• Discussing product alignment with customer requirements and differentiation.
• Architecting solutions strengthening and simplifying customer security posture.
• Documenting High-Level Design and Key Use Cases.
• Helping customers build and develop services around Cortex solutions.
• Leading conversations about industry trends and emerging changes.
• Discussing competitive offers and positioning Palo Alto Networks as the best alternative.
• Positioning Palo Alto Networks or partner delivered services.
• Initiating projects to improve team performance.
• Implementing organizational policies and helping others adopt them.
• Acting as a conduit for customer feedback to Product Management, Technical Marketing, competitor intelligence, and R&D.
