As a Domain Consultant for SOC Transformation, you'll be the expert for our Cortex portfolio, a Next-Gen AI-powered security operations platform.
Your Impact
- Collaborate with account teams to recommend and develop customer solutions.
- Present to customers at all levels, from practitioner to senior leadership.
- Assist and collaborate on RFIs/RFPs as the main technical point of contact for Cortex.
- Lead and support customer demonstrations.
- Scope and lead Proof of Value (PoV) projects.
- Drive technical validation and PoV win rates.
- Discuss product alignment with customer requirements and differentiation.
- Architect solutions to strengthen and simplify security posture.
- Document High-Level Design and Key Use Cases.
- Help customers build and develop services around Cortex solutions.
- Lead conversations about industry trends.
- Discuss competitive offers and position ours as the best alternative.
- Position Palo Alto Networks or Partner delivered services.
- Initiate projects to improve team performance.
- Implement organizational policies.
- Act as a conduit for customer feedback to Product Management.
Your Experience
- 6+ years experience in Security Operations or pre-sales/sales engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, XDR/EDR environments.
- IBM QRadar design, deployment, or pre-sales experience is highly desirable.
- Experience in working with customers, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of Security Operations Center processes.
- Advanced knowledge of SIEM and/or SOAR solutions.
- Scripting experience (Python preferred).
- Travel required to support customer meetings (discuss with recruiter).

Compensation
Compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and location. Starting base salary/base salary + commission target is expected to be between $198,000 - $273,000/YR. Offer may include restricted stock units and a bonus.
