We are seeking a driven E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Specialist to excel in customer communications across multiple platforms (Shopify, Amazon, social media).
Primary responsibilities include outstanding customer support on Shopify, Amazon, and other mediums.
Secondary tasks involve handling social media interactions, influencer collaborations, supporting Amazon operations (deals, coupons, reports, listing audits), managing Shopify orders, maintaining/updating product listings, monitoring product availability, and compiling weekly performance reports.
Requirements include demonstrated customer support experience with excellent communication skills, influencer outreach proficiency, strong Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central/Shopify knowledge, analytical abilities, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Skills/tools needed include proficiency in using ClickUp or a similar project management tool.
