We are seeking a passionate and driven business leader to join our client's quality team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy a quality coaching program to monitor product adherence to standards, visualizing through dashboards and providing feedback to supervisors for operator improvements.
- Implement proactive quality mechanisms to identify negative customer experiences and collaborate with stakeholders for improvement.
- Participate in regular operational reviews and performance reporting, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure information is relevant, accurate, easy to consume, and highlights improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate meetings and provide feedback and insight (e.g., Voice of the Operator intake review, roadmap prioritization).
- Influence the design and development of strategic processes.
- Potential travel (domestic and international) - 25%.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years' experience in operations leadership or quality management
- 2+ years' experience in delivering quality and/or efficiency improvements
- 2+ years' experience leading teams (direct reports)
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, especially narrative writing.
- High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Certification
- Experience with analytical tools (Control Charts, Hypothesis Testing, Regression Analysis).
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and solving ambiguous problems with attention to detail.
- Passion for technology and commitment to learning technical products.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading people/teams without formal responsibility, interacting with teams of all levels.
- Strong change management and influencing skills; ability to negotiate and communicate across all levels.
- Proficient in effective written and verbal communication.

Remuneration is negotiable, depending on qualifications, aptitude and experience. Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000.
