Full-Time Embedded VSOC Analyst

About the Role We are looking for a VSOC Analyst to join us in an embedded role for a virtual 24/7 security operations center (VSOC). Using the latest industry technologies and practices, you will identify, analyze, and advise on adverse conditions and threats. These conditions include: political instability, armed conflict, crime, terrorism, natural hazards, cyber threats, and online malign actors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security incidents and trends to assess likely impact on staff, assets, operations, events, and reputation.
• Support trust and safety function to monitor and respond to issues.
• Escalate security incidents to stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility on employee movements and proximity to incidents.
• Participate in training and drills.
• Support internal stakeholders with ad hoc reporting.
• Research and analyze information to create insightful analysis.

Requirements

• Fluent in Korean (written and verbal, including social media terminology).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., international relations, security studies).
• 1-3 years' experience in intelligence or customer-focused role.
• Ability to interpret, organize, and visualize data.
• Ability to determine geopolitical and security threats' impact.
• Excellent research skills.
• Ability to provide insightful analysis of complex situations.
• Ability to multi-task and work individually or in teams.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Right to work in Australia.
