Full-Time Embedded VSOC Analyst

We are looking for a VSOC Analyst to join us in an embedded role for a virtual 24/7 security operations centre (VSOC). You will identify, analyse, and advise on adverse conditions and threats. Engage directly with the client to provide immediate support and consulting. This is a fully remote role based in the Australian Western Standard Time zone and involves shift work.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Use all-source intelligence to monitor security incidents.
• Support the Client’s trust and safety function to monitor and respond to issues.
• Escalate security incidents to client stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility on employee movements.
• Participate in training and drills.
• Support internal stakeholders with ad hoc reporting.
• Be an effective member of a dispersed small team.
• Research and analyse information to create insightful analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Criminal Justice, Journalism, or related field
• At least 1-3 years' experience in an intelligence or customer-focused role
• Fluent in English (written and verbal). Additional language skills are preferred
