Full-Time Embedded VSOC Analyst

We are looking for a VSOC Analyst in an embedded role for a virtual 24/7 security operations centre (VSOC). You will identify, analyze, and advise on adverse conditions and threats. You will engage directly with the client to provide immediate support, consulting, and assistance with trust and safety issues. This is a fully remote role based in the Mountain or Central time zones and involves shift work.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

• Use all-source intelligence to monitor security incidents and trends.
• Support the Client’s trust and safety function.
• Escalate security incidents to client stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility on employee movements and advise accordingly.
• Participate in training and drills.
• Support internal stakeholders with ad hoc reporting.
• Research and analyse information to create insightful analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to interpret, organize, and visualize data.
• Ability to determine how geopolitical and security threats could impact private sector operations.
• Excellent research skills.
• Ability to provide rigorous, creative insight into complex situations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with analytical software, OSINT tools, or mass notification systems.
• Experience working in intelligence, due diligence, geopolitical, or security-related disciplines.
• Strong personal initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Security Studies, or related field.
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in an intelligence or customer-focused role.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
