Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive interviews with senior level employees and executives who have lodged complaints against their employers
• Compile and draft clear, concise investigation reports for corporate and law firm clients
• Leverage your skills in Briefing, Civil Litigation, and Claim Administration to handle cases effectively
• Oversee Complaint Handling and Employee Relations Investigations in compliance with legal standards
• Utilize your expertise in Employment Discrimination and Employment Litigation to ensure fair and thorough investigations.
Requirements
• Candidate must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law, specifically in handling employment investigations.
• Proficiency in legal writing is required.
• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation is mandatory.
• Strong background in claim administration is essential.
• Must have substantial experience in complaint handling.
• Experience in employee relations investigations is a necessity.
• Knowledge of employment discrimination laws and regulations is preferred.
• Proven track record in employment litigation is desirable.
• Must be admitted and in good standing to practice law in any state.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
