Seeking a highly skilled Enablement Platform Manager / LMS Administrator to manage the learning management system (LMS). Responsibilities include maintenance, updates, and content management of training programs for Global Customer Services (GCS), encompassing Customer Success, Customer Support, and Professional Services.

1. Strategic Management: Design and manage learning and enablement platforms to meet business needs and support stakeholders.
2. System Evaluation and Enhancement: Evaluate the current LMS, identify enhancements based on stakeholder feedback.
3. Standards and Governance: Establish standards, configuration management guidelines (including taxonomy, housekeeping, and governance protocols).
4. Content Management: Upload, test, and update e-Learning modules.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple departments to implement new services, modules, and integrations.
6. Learner Administration: Manage learner setup, administration, workshop assignments, and assessment scoring.
7. Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate reports and queries, analyze training metrics, and publish findings.
8. Stakeholder Support: Provide administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.

Experience Requirements:

• Expertise in enterprise learning management systems or content management systems.
• Prior experience with Docebo is preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Project management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience creating reports.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Compensation:

Compensation depends on qualifications and location; $99,000 - $160,500/year base salary.
