Full-Time Engineering Manager - SDET

• Strategic Leadership & Culture: Champion a Quality-Focused Culture.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of high-performing SDETs.
• Define Quality Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to define the overall quality strategy.
• Improve Testing Efficiency and Practices: Refine existing testing processes to maximize efficiency.
• Drive Automation: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks.
• Pipeline Excellence: Design and implement a testing pipeline that integrates automation into our CI/CD process.
• Technology Scouting: Research and introduce new automated testing tools.
• Technical Architecture: Guide the team in creating reusable test code and infrastructure.
• Reporting and Metrics: Establish and track key quality metrics.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing/leading a Software Test, QA, or SDET team.
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SDET or Automation Engineer.
• Deep practical knowledge of designing, implementing, and managing test automation frameworks.
• Proven experience working within CI/CD pipelines and modern source control tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
